רוני שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן את תנאי השימוש בכל עת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו באתר.

כל הציורים, הפרינטים, התמונות, והתוכן באתר הם רכושה הבלעדי של רוני גולדנברג ומוגנים בחוק זכויות יוצרים.

• רכישת ציור מקורי — מעניקה בעלות פיזית ביצירה בלבד. לא מועברות זכויות הפצה, שכפול, מסחור, או הצגה פומבית.
• רכישת פרינט — לשימוש אישי/ביתי בלבד. חל איסור מוחלט על הפקת עותקים נוספים, מכירה חוזרת, או שימוש מסחרי.
• שימוש ברשתות חברתיות — ניתן לשתף תמונות של הציור שרכשתם עם קרדיט ל-@ronigoldenberg_art.

• מחירים מוצגים בשקלים חדשים (₪) כולל מע"מ
• ביצוע הזמנה מהווה הסכמה לתנאי המכירה ומדיניות ההחזרות
• רוני שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב להזמנה בנסיבות חריגות
• ציורים מקוריים — בעלות מועברת רק לאחר קבלת תשלום מלא
• הזמנות אישיות (קומישן) — כפופות להסכם נפרד המחתם לפני תחילת העבודה

האתר ותוכנו מסופקים "כפי שהם". רוני גולדנברג אינה אחראית לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים הנובעים משימוש באתר, תקלות טכניות, או אי-זמינות זמנית של השירות.

הדין החל על הסכם זה הוא דין מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

הזמנות אישיות אינן מהוות רכישה ישירה באתר — הן כפופות להסכם הזמנה נפרד אשר ייחתם בין הצדדים לפני תחילת ביצוע העבודה. תנאי ההסכם הנפרד יגברו על תנאי שימוש כלליים אלו בכל הנוגע להזמנה האישית.

• Purchasing an original painting — grants physical ownership of the artwork only. No rights of reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or public display are transferred.
• Purchasing a print — for personal/home use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Social media sharing — you may share photos of artwork you've purchased with credit to @ronigoldenberg_art.

• Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) including VAT
• Placing an order constitutes agreement to these terms and our returns policy
• Roni reserves the right to decline an order under exceptional circumstances
• Original paintings — ownership transfers only upon receipt of full payment
• Commission orders — subject to a separate agreement signed before work begins

This website and its content are provided "as is." Roni Goldenberg is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the service.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Israel.

Commission orders (custom paintings) are not direct website purchases — they are subject to a separate commission agreement to be signed between the parties before work begins. The terms of the separate agreement shall prevail over these general terms of service with respect to the commission order.
