כל יצירה נארזת ביד, אחת-אחת. הדף הזה מסביר בדיוק איך היא מגיעה אליכם, כמה זה עולה, וכמה זמן זה לוקח, כדי שלא תהיינה הפתעות.
לאן אנחנו שולחים
אנחנו שולחים בכל רחבי ישראל.
משלוח מחוץ לישראל אפשרי, אבל אינו חלק מהרכישה באתר. צרו קשר לפני ההזמנה ונתאם אישית.
שלוש דרכים לקבל את היצירה
🏡 איסוף מהסטודיו, בנימינה, ללא עלות
בתיאום מראש, וללא כל מגבלת גודל. זו גם הדרך הבטוחה ביותר לקבל את היצירה: היא עוברת ישירות מהידיים של רוני לידיים שלכם, עם או בלי אריזה (לבחירתכם), ובלי סיכון של הובלה ע"י צד שלישי. עבור יצירה גדולה או יקרה במיוחד, זו האפשרות שאנחנו ממליצים עליה.
🏪 איסוף מחנות שירות
מאות חנויות ברחבי הארץ. אנחנו שולחים לחנות הקרובה לכתובת שמסרתם. היצירה ממתינה שם בשעות הפעילות, ותקבלו הודעת SMS כשהיא מגיעה. מוגבל בגודל, ראו בהמשך.

🚚 משלוח עד הבית
לכל כתובת בישראל, עם מגבלת גודל גמישה יותר. בפועל, כל היצירות באתר יכולות להישלח עד הבית.
מגבלת הגודל לאיסוף מחנות
חנויות השירות מקבלות חבילה בגודל שאינו עולה על 61x44x18 ס"מ.
כיוון שהיצירה נארזת, התוספת עבור מסגרת, ריפוד וקופסה מוסיפה נפח, ולכן המגבלה בפועל היא ציור או הדפס בגודל מקורי של עד 35x50 ס"מ.
יצירה גדולה מזו תגיע עד הבית, או תיאסף מהסטודיו. אם יש בעגלה פריט שכזה, נדאג לציין זאת עוד לפני התשלום.
למה גודל, ולא משקל
יצירות מטבען קלות. ציור ממוסגר בגודל 50x70 שוקל כקילו וחצי, אבל חברות ההובלה מחשבות "משקל" לפי המקום שהחבילה תופסת, ולא רק לפי כמה שהיא כבדה בפועל.
לכן יצירה גדולה נחשבת חבילה כבדה גם כשאפשר להרים אותה באצבע. זה מה שקובע אם ניתן לשלוח אותה לחנות שירות או לא.
איך אנחנו אורזים
- ציורים והדפסים, עם או בלי מסגרת: קופסה שטוחה או מעטפה מרופדת בהתאם לגודל, עם ריפוד וקיבוע
- הדפסים בלבד הגדולים מ-A4, ללא מסגרת: נשלחים בגליל
- כל יצירה עטופה בנפרד, מקובעת, ומופרדת מדפנות האריזה

איסוף מהסטודיו: ללא עלות, בכל סכום.
בהזמנה מעל ₪500 מוצג משלוח עד הבית בלבד, כדי להבטיח שהיצירה תגיע בבטחה.
כמה זמן זה לוקח
רוני אורזת כל יצירה בעצמה, ואנחנו משתדלים לשלוח מהר ככל האפשר, בדרך כלל תוך יום עד יומיים מרגע ההזמנה.
לאחר מכן, כאינדיקציה בלבד: עד הבית, בדרך כלל ימים ספורים. לחנות שירות, 5 עד 7 ימי עסקים.
אלה זמנים משוערים ולא התחייבות. במקרה של משלוח לאזורים מרוחקים יותר, ייתכנו עיכובים שאינם בשליטתנו.
עדכונים בדרך
תקבלו הודעת SMS בשני המקרים: לקראת המסירה בבית, או כשהיצירה מגיעה לחנות.
לכן מספר טלפון הוא שדה חובה בהזמנה. אנא ציינו מספר של מי שאפשר לתאם איתו את המסירה בפועל.
איסוף מהחנות: יש חלון זמן
היצירה ממתינה בחנות 5 ימי עסקים מרגע שהגיעה.
אם לא נאספה בזמן, היא חוזרת אלינו, ועלות ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח. אנא ודאו שתוכלו להגיע במסגרת הזמן הזו.
הכתובת שמסרתם
- הכתובת חייבת להיות מלאה: עיר, רחוב ומספר בית. יעזור אם תציינו גם את מספר הדירה, כניסה, קומה ומיקוד. לא ניתן לשלוח לתיבת דואר.
- לא ניתן לשלוח למקומות הדורשים אישור כניסה מראש, כגון בסיסים ומתקנים מאובטחים.
- אם המסירה לא מצליחה בשל כתובת חסרה או שגויה, המשלוח חוזר אלינו ועלות ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח.
חשוב לדעת: המסירה מתבצעת לכתובת, ולא לאדם מסוים. השליח אינו מזהה את המקבל, ובמקרים מסוימים החבילה עשויה להישאר ליד הדלת. אנא מסרו כתובת שיש בה מי שיקבל את היצירה.
אם היצירה הגיעה פגומה
בדקו את החבילה מיד עם קבלתה.
אם משהו אינו תקין, צרו קשר תוך 24 שעות וצרפו תמונות של האריזה ושל היצירה. אנחנו מטפלים בכל מקרה כזה אישית.

We ship throughout Israel.
International shipping is possible but isn't part of the standard checkout. Get in touch before ordering and we'll arrange it personally.
Three ways to receive your artwork
🏡 Collect from the studio, Binyamina, free
By appointment, with no size limit at all. It is also the safest way to receive a piece: it passes straight from Roni's hands to yours, packed or unpacked as you prefer, with no third-party transit and no risk along the way. For a large or especially valuable piece, this is the option we recommend.
🏪 Collect from a service store
Hundreds of stores across the country. We send to the store nearest the address you give us. Your artwork waits there during opening hours, and you'll get an SMS when it arrives. Size-limited, see below.

🚚 Home delivery
To any address in Israel, with a far more generous size limit. In practice, every piece on this site can be delivered to your door.
The size limit for store collection
Service stores accept a parcel measuring no more than 61x44x18 cm.
Because artwork has to be packed, and a frame, padding and a box all add bulk, the practical limit is artwork up to 35x50 cm in its original size.
Anything larger goes to your door, or is collected from the studio. If your basket contains such a piece, we'll tell you before checkout.
Why size matters more than weight
Artwork is light. A framed 50x70 painting weighs about a kilo and a half, but couriers calculate "weight" by the space a parcel occupies, not only by how heavy it actually is.
So a large piece counts as a heavy parcel even when you can lift it with one finger. That's what determines whether it can be sent to a service store.
How we pack
- Paintings and prints, framed or unframed: a flat box or a padded envelope depending on size, with internal padding and bracing
- Unframed prints larger than A4: shipped in a tube
- Every piece is wrapped separately, secured, and kept away from the walls of the box

Studio collection is free at any order value.
Above ₪500 only home delivery is offered, so your artwork arrives safely.
How long it takes
Roni packs every piece herself, and we send it out as quickly as we can, usually within a day or two of your order.
After that, as a guide only: home delivery, usually a few days. Store collection, 5 to 7 business days.
These are estimates, not commitments. Deliveries to outlying areas take longer, and delays outside our control are possible.
Staying updated
You'll receive an SMS either way: ahead of a home delivery, or when your artwork reaches the store.
This is why a phone number is required at checkout. Please give a number for someone who can be reached to arrange the actual handover.
Store collection has a time window
Your artwork waits at the store for 5 business days from the moment it arrives.
If it isn't collected in time it comes back to us, and the return cost falls to the customer. Please make sure you can get there within that window.
The address you give us
- The address must be complete: city, street and house number. It helps to add apartment number, entrance, floor and postcode. We cannot ship to a PO box.
- We cannot deliver to places requiring prior entry clearance, such as military bases and secured facilities.
- If delivery fails because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the parcel returns to us and the return cost falls to the customer.
Worth knowing: delivery is made to an address, not to a named person. The courier does not check ID, and in some cases the parcel may be left by the door. Please give an address where someone can receive the artwork.
If your artwork arrives damaged
Check the parcel as soon as it reaches you.
If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and include photos of both the packaging and the artwork. We handle every case like this personally.
