לא אוספים
- פרטי כרטיס אשראי — מעובדים ישירות ובאופן מאובטח על ידי HYP (הייפ פתרונות תשלום בע"מ), מפעילת שער התשלום, ואינם נשמרים באתר או אצלנו. סליקת התשלום בפועל מתבצעת דרך חברת אשראי מוסמכת (כדוגמת MAX).
- מידע רגיש כגון מצב בריאותי, עמדות פוליטיות, או נתונים ביומטריים
- מידע על קטינים (האתר מיועד לבגירים בלבד)
שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים
אנחנו לא מוכרים ולא משכירים את המידע שלכם לאף גורם. המידע מועבר אך ורק ל:
- Shopify — ניהול החנות וביצוע תשלומים
- חברת השילוח — שם ממוען וכתובת בלבד, לצורך המסירה
- Klaviyo — ניהול הניוזלטר, רק אם נרשמתם בהסכמה מפורשת
ניוזלטר — הסכמה בלבד
הרשמה לניוזלטר היא וולונטרית לחלוטין. בעתיד, אם וכאשר נפעיל רשימת תפוצה, נשלח עדכונים על ציורים חדשים, תערוכות ומבצעים — ורק אם בחרתם להצטרף (opt-in).
- ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת — לינק "הסרה" בכל מייל
- אנחנו לא שולחים ספאם. אף פעם.

אבטחת מידע
- חיבור מאובטח HTTPS בכל האתר
- תשלומים מעובדים בסביבה מוצפנת ומאובטחת של HYP, המוסמכת לתקן האבטחה המחמיר PCI-DSS Level 1.
- גישה למידע מוגבלת לרוני גולדנברג ולמי שמוסמך מטעמה בלבד
שמירת מידע
ההזמנות ופרטי הרכישה נשמרים כנדרש על פי דין (חובות ניהול ספרים ומס). פניות דרך טפסי יצירת קשר או הזמנות מותאמות נשמרות למשך הטיפול ולתקופה סבירה לאחריו, אלא אם הפכתם ללקוחות. מידע שנמסר לצורך דיוור (אם וכאשר יופעל) — עד להסרתכם מרשימת התפוצה. בתום תקופת השמירה המידע נמחק או עובר אנונימיזציה.
העברת מידע ואחסון מחוץ לישראל
חלק מספקי השירות שלנו מאחסנים ומעבדים מידע מחוץ לישראל: פלטפורמת החנות (Shopify) ומפעילת שער התשלום (HYP), המאחסנות נתונים בשרתים חיצוניים (כדוגמת Amazon Web Services). ההעברה מתבצעת תחת הסכמי עיבוד מידע (DPA) והגנות חוזיות מתאימות, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות. ספקים אלה פועלים כמעבדי מידע מטעמנו בלבד ואינם עושים במידע שימוש עצמאי.

What we do NOT collect
- Credit card details — processed directly and securely by HYP (Hyp Payment Solutions Ltd.), our payment gateway provider, and are never stored on our site. Payment settlement is carried out through a licensed credit-card company (such as MAX).
- Sensitive data such as health information, political views, or biometric data
- Information about minors (this website is intended for adults only)
Third-Party Sharing
We never sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with:
- Shopify — store management and payment processing
- Shipping carrier — recipient name and address only, for delivery purposes
- Klaviyo — newsletter management, only if you subscribed with explicit consent
Newsletter — Consent Only
Newsletter signup is entirely voluntary. In the future, if and when we activate a mailing list, we will send updates about new paintings, exhibitions, and special offers — only if you have opted in.
- Unsubscribe at any time — an "unsubscribe" link is included in every email
- We don't send spam. Ever.

Cookies

Data Security
- HTTPS secure connection throughout the website
- Payments are processed in HYP's encrypted, secured environment, certified to PCI-DSS Level 1.
- Data access is limited to Roni Goldenberg and those authorized on her behalf only
Data Retention
Order and purchase records are retained as required by law (bookkeeping and tax obligations). Contact-form and commission inquiries are kept for the duration of handling plus a reasonable period, unless you become a customer. Marketing data (if and when a newsletter is activated) is kept until you unsubscribe. After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
International Data Transfer & Storage
Some of our service providers store and process data outside Israel: our store platform (Shopify) and our payment gateway provider (HYP), which store data on external servers (such as Amazon Web Services). Such transfers are governed by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and appropriate contractual safeguards, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law. These providers act solely as our processors and make no independent use of the data.
