Returns Policy

כל יצירה נוצרת מתוך מחויבות לאיכות, ואנחנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לחלוטין מהרכישה שלכם. הנה התנאים, ברורים ושקופים.
ביטול רכישה
ניתן לבטל רכישה תוך 14 יום מקבלת היצירה, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.
התנאים:
- היצירה לא הייתה בשימוש ולא ניזוקה
- האריזה והמשלוח להחזרה הינם באחריותו המלאה של הלקוח. היצירה צריכה לחזור ארוזה באותה רמה שבה התקבלה
- ייתכנו דמי ביטול, עד 5% ממחיר הרכישה או ₪100, הנמוך מביניהם
- ההחזר הכספי יתבצע לאחר שהיצירה חזרה אלינו, נבדקה ונמצאה במצב תקין לחלוטין וללא פגמים כלשהם מכל סיבה שהיא
לקוחות שהם אזרחים ותיקים, אנשים עם מוגבלות או עולים חדשים זכאים לחלון ביטול של ארבעה חודשים. שאר התנאים לביטול והחזרה זהים.

הזמנות אישיות
יצירה שנוצרה במיוחד עבורכם אינה ניתנת לביטול או להחזרה.
זו יצירה ייחודית שנעשתה לפי בקשתכם, והחוק מחריג אותה מזכות הביטול.
תנאי התשלום, מקדמה של 50%, מפורטים בעמוד ההזמנות האישיות.
אם היצירה הגיעה פגומה
זה מצב שונה מביטול, ואנחנו מטפלים בו אחרת.
בדקו את החבילה עם קבלתה, וצרו קשר תוך 24 שעות עם תמונות של האריזה ושל היצירה. הפרטים במדיניות המשלוחים.
מדיניות זו אינה גורעת מזכויותיכם על פי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.

Cancelling a purchase
You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork, in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
The conditions:
- The artwork has not been used and has not been damaged
- Packing and shipping the return are entirely the customer's responsibility. The artwork must come back packed to the same standard in which it arrived
- A cancellation fee may apply, up to 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower
- A refund is issued once the artwork has reached us, been inspected, and found to be in perfect condition with no defect of any kind, from any cause
Customers who are senior citizens, people with disabilities, or new immigrants are entitled to a four-month cancellation window. All other conditions are the same.

Email us at ronigoldenbergart@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll confirm the details with you.
Commissioned work
A piece created specially for you cannot be cancelled or returned.
It is a unique work made to your request, and the law excludes it from the right of cancellation.
Payment terms, a 50% deposit, are set out on the Commissions page.
If your artwork arrives damaged
This is different from a cancellation, and we treat it differently.
Check the parcel on arrival and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
This policy does not derogate from your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
