After Sunset

There are moments when you just want to freeze time. On a cold December day, I went to watch the sunset at my favorite spot. The sky was cloudless and the sea was calm, but it was the exact moment after the sun went down that caught me—the deep colors of the open sky reflecting beautifully on the water, and a group of sailboats returning to shore just before dark. A truly magical moment.
