אנחנו שולחים לישראל בלבד. כל ציור ופרינט עובר אריזה קפדנית לפני שיוצא מהסטודיו — כי אנחנו רוצים שיגיע אליכם בדיוק כפי שנראה בתמונה.
עלויות ותנאי משלוח
עלויות המשלוח מחושבות לפי היעד וסוג המוצר ומוצגות בעמוד התשלום לפני אישור ההזמנה.

אריזה ומשלוח ציורים מקוריים
- ציורים מקוריים נארזים עם הגנה מרובה שכבות — רדיד, קרטון קשיח, ופצפצים
- ביטוח משלוח כלול במחיר — ערך מלא של הציור
- מסירה עם חתימה בלבד — לוודא שהציור הגיע ליעדו
אריזה ומשלוח פרינטים
- פרינטים נשלחים בתוך גליל קשיח — למניעת קמטים לחלוטין
- פרינטים בגודל A3 ומעלה נשלחים מגולגלים בגליל מוגן
- פרינטים קטנים נשלחים שטוחים בין לוחות קרטון קשיח
זמני עיבוד הזמנה
- ציורים מקוריים: 1–2 ימי עסקים להכנה לפני המשלוח
- פרינטים מוכנים: 1–3 ימי עסקים
- פרינטים בגודל מיוחד (POD): 5–7 ימי עסקים
אי-מסירה
במקרה של אי-מסירה עקב היעדרות הלקוח — החבילה תוחזר לסטודיו ויחויב תשלום משלוח נוסף לשליחה חוזרת.
הזמנות אישיות (ציורים בהזמנה)
זמני אספקה להזמנות אישיות ייקבעו ויפורטו בהסכם ההזמנה האישי שייחתם בין הצדדים לפני תחילת העבודה.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and product type, and are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Packaging — Original Paintings
- Original paintings are wrapped in multiple protective layers — bubble wrap, rigid cardboard, and foam
- Shipping insurance included — full value of the painting
- Signature required upon delivery to confirm safe arrival
Packaging — Prints
- Prints are shipped in a rigid tube to completely prevent creasing
- A3 and larger prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube
- Smaller prints are shipped flat between rigid cardboard sheets
Processing Times
- Original paintings: 1–2 business days preparation before shipping
- Ready-to-ship prints: 1–3 business days
- Custom-size prints (POD): 5–7 business days
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to the customer's absence, the package will be returned to the studio and an additional shipping fee will apply for redelivery.
Commission Orders (Custom Paintings)
Delivery timelines for commission orders (custom paintings) will be determined and specified in the individual commission agreement signed between the parties prior to commencement of work.
