Hi, I'm Roni

Painting beautiful moments from life. Mine, and yours.

The Artist

I've loved painting since I was a little girl — on notebooks, on walls, on anything within reach. I've always had a deep connection to nature — sunsets, hikes, fields, flowers, plants, the sea. These are the things that calm me, that make me happy, that feel like home.

During a long trip through the East, with a small watercolor kit in my bag, I painted the moments that touched me — a breathtaking view, light falling in a special way, moments I wanted to keep. I came home with lots of small paintings, and the understanding that I want art to be part of my life. I decided to set the fear aside, and simply begin.

The Art

I work with a range of mediums — acrylic, oil paints, watercolor, oil pastel, pens and pencils. Each has its own place, and its own rhythm.

Watercolors come quickly — like short moments I caught while traveling, in a journal, on a balcony in the morning. Acrylics and oils are a different process — layers, time, shifts. I start with one idea and sometimes end up somewhere else entirely.

I mostly paint moments from life and nature. A view that stopped me on a trip, light falling on a table in the morning, a feeling I want to remember, a moment I want to keep. Moments of my own — and sometimes, moments of yours.

Every painting has a short story behind it — about the moment, the feeling that made me stop and paint. Come read them, that's the part I love sharing the most.

Studio in Binyamina

I paint mostly from my home studio in Binyamina, close to the fields of my childhood, the sea, and the nature around.

I love painting with open windows and good music playing — a breeze coming in, natural light, something from outside making its way in and shaping what ends up on the canvas.
